SURPASS SAFARI

 Surpass Safari features :

Activated/enrolled Families have the ability to access our non-consumable inventory online.

Inventory is listed in real time. When an item is returned and scanned into the system, it immediately appears as available inventory.

In addition to the items listed in Surpass Safari, the Curriculum Library also has consumable items available for students to check out.

The book bag feature can be used prior to your appointment to prepare a list of items you are interested in checking out. The book bag does not reserve items, nor does it send communication to the librarian at the Curriculum Library. All items are available on a first come, first serve basis to families with scheduled appointments.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS:

How do I check out materials?  Please arrive earlier than your check-out time to find your materials. Once you have made your selection, please approach the Curriculum Library Assistant at your appointment time.

What may I check out? Items that will be used by your child currently enrolled in OGCS.

Is there a limit to how much I can check out?  Yes. Please limit your checkout to 20 items per enrolled student per visit.  Please let us know how many enrolled students you have, so that we can schedule accordingly.

How long may I keep materials?  For as long as your enrolled student(s) are using them.

Is there anytime I MUST return the items? If you drop from the school, or your child is no longer using that item.

How do I return materials?   Just give them to your ES at your next learning records meeting! You may schedule an appointment at the Curriculum Library to return items that are in good condition, clearly labeled and ready to be placed back on the shelf.  Damaged or used items need to be returned to the ES. Parents that are leaving OG, need to return all their items to the ES.
