
2021-22 School Year - Enrollment Timeline
Feb 22 - April 23 - Current Students - SA signing Window
Mar 29 - April 23 - Open Enrollment Window. Interested families will complete an Interest Form
May 7 - School will conduct the public lottery & notify families that are selected
May 11 - families must notify the office if they accept a spot in our school or not. If not, the next student on the waitlist is notified. (2 business days after notification)
To prepare for enrollment, please make sure that you have the following necessary documents complete:
Required Forms
Other acceptable forms include, but are not limited to U.S. or foreign birth certificates
- adoption records
- passports
- baptismal records
- previous school records
- other forms of U.S. or foreign government-issued identification
- affidavits from a parent/guardian or pediatrician
2. Immunization record (copy only) – All students. In accordance with Senate Bill 277, please submit record of any immunizations received. Records will be accepted whether complete or incomplete.
3. Health Exam or Waiver – TK, Kindergarten and 1st grade students
4. Oral Health Exam or Waiver (English | Spanish) or Waiver – TK, Kindergarten and 1st grade students who are entering a CA public school for the first time
5. Proof of Residency - to include, but not limited to, any of the following:
- Utility bill
- Correspondence from a government agency
- Rental property contract/lease
- Declaration of residency executed by the student's parent/guardian
